All fees paid to Scalez United are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Setup or onboarding fees

- Weekly or monthly recurring service fees

- Performance-based fees

- Any other payments made for our AI automation, digital marketing, or related services

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that refunds are not provided for reasons such as lack of results, change of mind, dissatisfaction, or discontinued use of service

2. Nature of Services

Our services involve customized strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization tailored to each client’s business. Once services have commenced, the time, resources, and expertise invested cannot be reversed. For this reason, we operate on a no-refund model as outlined above.

3. Billing Errors Only

If you believe a billing error has occurred (for example, a duplicate charge or incorrect amount), you must contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.

- Verified billing errors will be corrected through reversal or adjustment.

- This does not include dissatisfaction with results, strategy, or performance.

4. Cancellations (Future Charges Only)

You may cancel future recurring charges at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through the cancellation process defined in your service agreement.

- Cancellation prevents future charges only.

- Any amounts already paid remain non-refundable.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

Before initiating a dispute, bank chargeback, or refund request with a payment provider, you agree to contact us at [email protected]

within 7 business days so we may attempt to resolve the matter directly.

If a chargeback is initiated without prior notice, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services until the issue is resolved.
